Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic Content Owner / Manager to join our Marketing CX team. In this role, you will execute content strategies, coordinate asset production, and manage multi-platform distribution. You will ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of all content across an omni-channel environment while tracking performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Asset Production: Manage end-to-end workflows for content creation, transcreation, editing, proofreading, and localization. Partner with external suppliers and manage content calendars to ensure on-time delivery.
Omni-Channel Quality & Compliance: Rigorously apply brand, legal, and sustainability guidelines across all productions. Ensure proper content categorization, metadata tagging, and repository maintenance.
SEO & Platform Optimization: Optimize content for maximum reach across digital and social search ecosystems (SEO, VSEO, GEO)
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track engagement metrics and audience sentiment. Provide actionable data insights to help management refine overarching content strategies.
Project Management: Lead defined content initiatives, manage project scopes, set milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and run A/B testing.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in content creation, content management, or content strategy.
Language: Professional proficiency in English (B2 level minimum required).
Hard Skills: Strong background in written/visual content management, agency/supplier coordination, marketing performance analysis, and generative AI tools.
Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal communication, collaborative mindset, strict prioritization abilities, and a high degree of adaptability.
