Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation (choma, burgers, wraps, fries etc.)
Operate grill, fryer, and cooker safelyPortion and plate food correctlyMaintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and work surfacesWash utensils and keep prep areas organisedSupport stock handling and basic inventoryFollow hygiene and food safety standardsAssist senior cook during busy hours
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast food, choma, or restaurant kitchen preferred
- Able to work under pressure
- Clean, organised, and punctual
- Basic understanding of food hygiene
- Team player with good attitude
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
Working Hours:
6 days per week
