Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging theory and practical lessons in cosmetology.

Demonstrate various beauty and hairdressing techniques, including skincare, makeup, nail care, and hair treatments.

Supervise students during practical sessions to ensure proper technique and safety.

Evaluate and assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exams.

Maintain training equipment, tools, and materials in good condition.

Ensure compliance with KSTVET curriculum requirements and institutional policies.

Foster a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment.

Stay updated on emerging beauty trends, modern equipment, and new training methods.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and career advice to students.

Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and assessment reports.

Diploma in Hairdressing & Beauty

Strong practical & class management skills

Excellent communication & networking skills

Familiarity with modern beauty technology

KSTVET Certificate (an added advantage)

Diploma in Pedagogy is a plus
