Job descriptions & requirements
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute county sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead, coach, and supervise county sales teams across assigned sub-counties
• Manage county office operations including reporting, stock reconciliations, and field expense oversight
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while addressing escalated issues
• Conduct regular field visits to support teams and engage customers
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, field operations, credit, or team management
• Experience working directly with clients in urban and peri-urban communities is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
• Self-driven, strategic, highly organized, and target-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage
• High integrity, accountability, and problem-solving ability
