Key Responsibilities
βοΈ CRM Development & Customization β Design, develop, and customize CRM features, entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
π Business Process Automation β Translate business workflows into CRM automation.
π Integrations β Design and maintain API-based integrations with internal and external systems.
π Reporting & Insights Enablement β Support the creation of dashboards, views, and reports for teams.
π§βπ» User Support & Continuous Improvement β Provide technical support for CRM issues and enhance functionality based on feedback.
π Required Skills & Qualifications
π Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
π Strong understanding of CRM concepts: Sales pipelines, Customer lifecycle, Lead-to-cash, Customer service workflows.
π€ Ability to work closely with business users.
π Process-thinking mindset (automation, simplification, scalability).
π» Proficiency in C#, Power Automate, and Power Apps (model-driven).
π Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
β³ Minimum of 3 years software development experience.
β Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
