Key Responsibilities
· Support the Headteacher in the administration and management of the school.
· Supervise teaching staff and ensure effective curriculum delivery.
· Assist in developing and implementing academic programs and school policies.
· Monitor students’ academic performance and discipline.
· Coordinate school timetables, examinations, and academic reporting.
· Support teacher development through guidance and performance monitoring.
· Ensure a safe, structured, and conducive learning environment.
· Represent the Headteacher in meetings or school activities when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Education or a related field.
· Registered teacher with the Teachers Service Commission.
· Minimum 3–5 years’ teaching experience, with leadership or supervisory experience being an added advantage.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Good understanding of school administration and curriculum management.
· High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
