Job summary
Seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketer with a background and interest in interior design to join a leading Kenyan supplier of ceiling systems, partitioning, and interior finishes. You'll create digital content and campaigns showcasing our products, translating technical details into compelling visuals across social media and web.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content that is photography, short-form video, graphics, and captions that showcases the company's products
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), email, and the company website to grow brand visibility and generate quality leads.
• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring product pages, project galleries, and blog content remain current, on-brand, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Capture photos and videos on-site at showrooms, project installations, and product launches, and maintain a well-organized digital asset library.
• Monitor and grow social media engagement, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support search engine marketing (SEM) and paid social media campaigns, tracking key performance indicators to measure and improve results.
• Conduct market and competitor research within the interiors, construction, and finishing materials industry to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure marketing content accurately reflects product specifications, applications, and design use-cases.
• Assist in producing brochures, company profiles, price lists, and other marketing collateral for clients.
• Generate regular reports on digital marketing activities and campaign performance, with recommendations for improvement.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and trade exhibitions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital touchpoints.
Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years' experience in a digital marketing, content creation, or social media role.
• Prior experience or strong working knowledge of interior design, architecture, construction, or building/finishing materials will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with B2B audiences such as architects, contractors, developers, and homeowners will be an added advantage.
• A portfolio of previous content or campaign work will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills Required
• Proficiency with content and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
• Basic photo and video editing skills, including for short-form content.
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media management or analytics tools.
• Ability to manage and update website content (WordPress or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of interior design principles, spatial aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
