The candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Prior experience in sales or marketing will be an advantage.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies to promote the company’s properties and services.
- Create engaging and persuasive digital content (social media posts, email campaigns, website updates, etc.).
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.) to increase traffic and engagement.
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), ensuring high ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute lead generation strategies.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, marketing tools, and competitor activity in the real estate industry.
- Support the design and execution of promotional events and digital activations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–3 years) in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property-related industries.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising tools.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to design simple marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or related tools.
- Data-driven mindset with good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in real estate sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
