- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
- Manage and grow the hotel's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, promotional campaigns, and blog posts.
- Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback, responding professionally to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Optimize website content and digital campaigns to improve search engine visibility (SEO) and online conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and special offers to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with hotel operations teams to develop content that showcases facilities, services, and guest experiences.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years, experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics,
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, email marketing, and website content management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for hospitality marketing.
