Job summary
We are seeking Digital/ social media marketer to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that promote the company’s real estate properties, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility across online platforms.
Job descriptions & requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ø Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
Ø 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is an added advantage)
Ø Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)
Ø Experience in photography and videography is an added advantage.
Ø Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for property listings and projects.
Ø Plan and manage online advertising (Google Ads, social media ads)
Ø Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
Ø Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Ø Create and schedule engaging content (property posts, videos, reels, stories).
Ø Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries.
Ø Develop high-quality content including posts, videos, graphics, and product descriptions.
Ø Update and maintain the company website with current property listings.
Ø Optimize website content for search engines (SEO)
Ø Generate qualified leads through digital channels.
Ø Track and analyze leads from campaigns.
Ø Create marketing content including: Property descriptions, Blog posts, Email campaigns and Visual content (images/videos).
Ø Monitor campaign performance using tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
