Your Role
Responsibilities
As our Early Years Teacher, you’ll take the lead on delivering inspiring teaching and learning experiences across the nursery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging activities in line with the EYFS
  • Supporting children’s development across all learning areas
  • Coaching and mentoring practitioners to promote best practice
  • Contributing to assessments, observations and planning
  • Building warm, supportive relationships with families

You’ll be fully supported by a collaborative team and have clear opportunities to progress through the Partou Academy.
About You
We’re looking for a teacher who brings energy, creativity and expertise to the team. You’ll need:

  • EYTS or QTS specialising in Early Years
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Experience leading practice within a nursery or early years environment
  • A passion for inspiring children and motivating colleagues
  • A commitment to safeguarding and ongoing professional development
