Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
· Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
· Support children’s early literacy, numeracy, and social development.
· Monitor and assess pupils’ progress and provide feedback to school administration and parents.
· Prepare teaching materials and learning resources.
· Maintain accurate records of pupils’ attendance and performance.
· Promote discipline, positive behavior, and good classroom management.
· Participate in school activities, meetings, and events as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE).
· Registration with the relevant education authority is an added advantage.
· At least 1–2 years’ experience teaching in an ECDE or early learning environment.
· Strong passion for child development and early education.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Patience, creativity, and strong classroom management skills.
