Job Summary
To support the development, integration, and monitoring of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives within the organization. The role will focus on data collection, basic analysis, research, and providing support in ESG reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Job Description/Requirements
- Assist in collecting and organizing ESG-related data from different departments.
- Support tracking of ESG indicators and preparing simple reports or dashboards.
- Provide support in preparing ESG/sustainability reports in line with global frameworks.
- Help maintain ESG data records for accuracy and audit readiness.
- Conduct basic research on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Benchmark company performance against peers to provide insights.
- Assist in identifying ESG-related risks and opportunities with guidance from senior staff.
- Support cross-functional teams in embedding ESG practices into operations.
- Help coordinate with internal teams to gather ESG information.
- Assist in preparing communication materials such as presentations, reports, and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Communication, Public Policy, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate governance, or related areas.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, SDGs) is an advantage.
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI an advantage).
- Strong research and writing abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate ESG concepts clearly.
- Team player with collaborative mindset.
