EXPERIENCED COOK & CLEANING STAFF – (COUPLE)

Career Options Africa Group is a leading HR Consultancy firm specializing in Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, and Immigration Support across Africa. We operate in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, DRC, Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa, and South Sudan.

Our client, a seasonal restaurant located on a popular tourist island in Greece, is seeking to hire 1 experienced cook and 1 laundry/cleaning staff member on a five-year seasonal contract (May to October each year). Preference will be given to couples applying together.

1. Cook

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare salads and simple dishes
• Prep ingredients for cooking
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a cook in a restaurant
• Basic knowledge of Mediterranean/Greek cuisine and willingness to learn
• Willing to study Greek language (1-hour daily online lessons provided free)
• Physically fit to work up to 11 hours/day
• Aged 25–40 years
• Clean criminal Record
• Valid travel passport

Benefits

• €800 (KES 120,000) net monthly salary, with paid overtime (up to €1,200/month total)

2. Laundry/Cleaning Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Laundry and dishwashing
• Cleaning and maintaining restaurant areas

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in laundry or cleaning roles
• Physically fit to work up to 11 hours/day
• Aged 25–40 years
• Clean criminal Record
• Valid travel passport

Benefits

• Free accommodation and two meals daily
• €750 (KES 112,500) net monthly salary, with paid overtime (up to €1,100/month total)
• Work in a globally admired tourist location
