Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Female Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Process payroll and statutory deductions where applicable.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, ERP systems, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
