We provide business-grade Lenovo laptops through a structured PAYGO (Pay-As-You-Go) model — similar to M-Kopa, but for professional computers.

The Role


We are looking for a strong, disciplined, and results-focused Field Sales & Partnership Officer.


This is not door-to-door selling.


Your role is to build a trusted grassroots distribution network of community partners such as:


- School Heads


- Church Leaders


- Clinic Managers


- Business Owners


- Local Influencers


These partners refer qualified clients into our PAYGO system.


You are building distribution infrastructure — not just selling.


 


Key Responsibilities


- Identify and onboard community referral partners


- Conduct daily field meetings with decision-makers


- Register agents and clients on-site using digital tools


- Ensure strict KYC compliance and data accuracy


- Guide clients through the PAYGO application process


- Maintain honest reporting and performance discipline


Requirements


2–3 years experience in sales (banking, insurance, asset financing, telecom, or B2B preferred)


Strong integrity and accountability


Fluent in English and Swahili


Ability to explain financing in simple, relatable terms


Confident using smartphones, laptops, Google Forms, and digital tools


Self-driven and comfortable working independently in the field
