The Salesperson - Cybersecurity Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for cybersecurity products and services.

- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the cybersecurity and ICT market.
- Drive sales of cybersecurity solutions including firewalls, endpoint protection, cloud security, and related services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Understand client needs, risk environments, and business challenges to position appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and technical solution presentations.
- Work closely with technical/security teams to design solutions that meet client requirements.
- Ensure all proposals are aligned with client specifications and company capabilities.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover of closed deals for implementation.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments to refine sales strategies.
- Continuously enhance product and solution knowledge.
- Provide post-sale support and maintain ongoing client engagement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in sales within cybersecurity, ICT, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, endpoint protection, cloud security).
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and enterprise security environments is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
