Key Responsibilities
• Manage Route-to-Market (RTM) activities to maximize product penetration.
• Handle General Trade (GT) operations efficiently.
• Oversee distributor management and build strong, sustainable relationships.
• Execute van sales operations with solid industry understanding.
• Manage product handling processes and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to quarterly performance reviews through the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
Compensation
• Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and Variable Pay – payable quarterly upon achieving set sales targets.
Location
• Based in Nairobi, with regular travel across the Nairobi metropolis.
Requirements
• Minimum 3years of proven field sales experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly within the detergent/soap industry, is a strong added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
