QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business management
- 5 years+ experience in a management position
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in transport/logistics company
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY ROLES.
- Establish high level business networks and relationships that translate to actual business.
- Conduct corporate marketing and coordinate large group trainings
- Debt management: ensuring that the credit policy is adhered to.
- Identify market opportunities by monitoring and evaluating customer needs/wants, market trends, economic conditions and competitors’ trend and behaviour.
- Oversee operations of the company
- In conjunction with the management team, ensure staff productivity
