The Head of Digital Marketing will oversee the digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, performance analytics, and client growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a deep expertise in digital advertising, content strategy, social media, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and data driven decision making

Job descriptions & requirements

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies for our clients.
  • Drive innovation in digital communications, content marketing, and audience engagement.
  • Contribute to agency growth through digital business development initiatives.

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Lead revenue growth initiatives for the digital department through client acquisition, retention, and upselling of digital services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the digital portfolio.
  • Work closely with the business development team to prepare winning pitches and proposals.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns meet KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance analytics.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor digital marketing team.

Client Relationship Management

  • Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance insights to clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize analytics tools to generate actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
