Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of research and strategic insight initiatives aligned to business objectivesIdentify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to inform decision-makingTranslate client and market challenges into structured research and advisory solutionsDrive revenue growth by supporting business development through insights and strategic recommendationsOversee delivery of high-quality, data-driven research outputs and reportsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across government, private sector, and institutionsEstablish performance metrics and ensure alignment with organizational targetsLead, mentor, and manage the research team to ensure high performance and output quality
Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Research, or related field (Master’s is an added advantage)5–10 years’ experience in research, strategy, consulting, or advisory rolesStrong business development and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesProven leadership experience with a track record of delivering measurable resultsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
