Head of Sales and Marketing

The Head of Sales and Marketing will have the following key responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Provide clear direction, set performance benchmarks, and ensure the team’s alignment with strategic priorities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the department.

• Lead, mentor, and empower the Sales and Marketing team, including Business Managers, Senior Marketing Executives, Marketing Executives as well as the Sales Team.
• Oversee onboarding, and professional development of team members to build a high-performing department.

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and expanding the company’s client base.

• Establish and monitor performance metrics for the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including forecasts and performance analyses, for presentation to the Director.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance marketing ROI and sales efficiency.

• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Identify and address emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
