The jobholder will be responsible of end to HR management ,processing payroll, and staff welfare.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and driving the  implementation of Human Resource Strategy
  • Guiding management actions through development of  HR policies, procedures and effecting changes promptly where necessary.
  • Overseeing appropriate staff placement to jobs by implementing various competency-based placement technique
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Compile and update  all employee records
  • Coordinate HR projects including meetings, training, and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Communicate required information to staff and keep staff updated to the new changes
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Ensure compliance with  Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA) and ensures conducive work environment
  • Process payroll, answer questions and facilitate resolutions to any payroll errors and ensure remittance and returns of all statutory deductions
  • Prepare documentation for all work injury benefits (WIBA) and GPA cases
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, leave. 

Qualification

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management in a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in busy manufacturing set up
  • Experience in using Payroll software. Candidates with SAGE HR & Payroll software knowledge will be added advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  •  Knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Proactive and Accountable skills
