JOB SUMMARY
QualificationDiploma in any of the following disciplines;Information Technology/Business Information Technology/Information Communication Technology/Computer Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining of ICT equipment and associated peripheralsMaintaining data protection systemInstalling and supporting serversInstalling and deployment of relevant hardware and softwareProviding user supportPerforming technical, systems and user documentation
REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical support, Server management, IT support, System administration
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Diploma, Associate's degree
