Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets and verticals.
• Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling (LinkedIn) to build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential clients who can benefit from our digital transformation solutions.
2. Sales Process Management
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations (in person & virtual) tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts for our service portfolio.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Client Relationship & Needs Analysis
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand clients' business challenges, IT infrastructure, and transformation goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor, mapping Jenetworks' solutions (Data Centre, Cybersecurity, AI Automation, Board Management) to the client's specific needs.
4. Product & Market Expertise
• Develop deep expertise in Jenetworks' service offerings:
• Data Centre & Hosting: Colocation, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Cloud.
• Network Security & Cybersecurity: Next-Gen Firewalls, MDR, Compliance Management.
• AI & Workplace Automation: Workflow Automation, Predictive Analytics, NLP.
• Board Management Solutions: Convenes digital governance platform.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and our partners' (Fortinet, Aiwozo, etc.) latest technologies.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with pre-sales technical teams and support specialists in designing optimal solutions.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system.
• Provide regular forecasts and activity reports to the Sales Manager. Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or telecom. A proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas is essential.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (networking, hosting, cybersecurity). Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise software sales is a plus.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to articulate technical value propositions in business terms.
• Self-motivated, hunter mentality with excellent time management.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing, or a related field.
• Other: Must be highly organized, resilient, and possess a professional demeanor.

Location: 5th Floor, Devan Plaza - Wetlands, Nairobi, Kenya. Some remote flexibility may be
