Job descriptions & requirements
- Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of trading, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Risk & Profitability: Analyze betting odds, manage risk exposure, evaluate slot performance, and drive company profitability.
- Compliance & Controls: Enforce Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance protocols, manage cash handling, and supervise control systems.
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop multi-departmental teams through excellent communication and strong management practices.
Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 3 years of progressive management experience specifically within the gaming industry.
- Key Expertise: Proven experience in AML compliance, cash handling, and operational control systems.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent technical skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
- License: A valid driver's license is considered an added advantage.
