Job descriptions & requirements
- Maintaining a high percentage of returning traders through effective customer service pipelines
- Identify and pitch to target clients, including small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), informal traders (e.g., Gikomba or Kamukunji merchants), and corporate manufacturers importing or exporting goods between Kenya and China.
- 2–4 years of proven B2B sales and marketing experience within freight forwarding, customs clearance, or express courier industries in Kenya.
- Solid understanding of the China-to-Kenya importing process, including Incoterms, container consolidation, and Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) customs compliance
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
