The Marketing & Brand Officer supports marketing and branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The role manages social media, content creation, and partnerships while ensuring brand consistency and promoting the organization's commitment to sustainability, community impact, guest acquisition, and revenue growth.
Job descriptions & requirements
• Social Media Content Creation and Management: Develop, schedule, and manage a consistent content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Deliver a minimum of 1 high-quality post per day, targeting 3 posts per day, featuring visuals, videos, stories, and reels that showcase the property’s luxury experiences, regenerative practices, sustainability initiatives, and local community impact. • Content Creator and Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage partnerships with content creators, influencers, and micro-influencers who align with luxury travel, sustainability, and regenerative tourism values. Oversee contracts, deliverables, and performance to generate authentic, purpose-driven content. • Brand Transition and Management: Lead the implementation of the ongoing brand transition, ensuring all communications, visuals, and experiences embody the new brand identity with a strong emphasis on regenerative hospitality, sustainability, and responsible tourism. Develop and enforce updated brand guidelines that integrate these values. • Brand Visibility and Representation: Champion the brand’s presence across all digital and physical touchpoints (travel portals, listings, events, collaborations) while consistently highlighting its regenerative and sustainable credentials to attract conscious luxury travelers. • Marketing Partnerships: Take ownership of marketing-specific partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, media, and like-minded sustainable brands to co-create campaigns that promote regenerative tourism. • Sustainability & Regenerative Storytelling: Integrate the property’s sustainability and regenerative initiatives into all marketing narratives, campaigns, and content to strengthen brand differentiation and appeal to eco-conscious audiences. • Support for Agent Presentations and General Marketing: Contribute to high-impact agent presentations, marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials that emphasize the property’s luxury regenerative offering. • Sales Support: (Reliver Role) o Promote company products and services to guests and walk-in clients. o Assist in selling rooms, packages, events, and other services. o Respond to sales inquiries and follow up on leads. o Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and client outreach. o Assist in corporate, group, and agent bookings. o Help maintain customer databases and sales records. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Manager, General Manager, and other department heads to align marketing with business goals, incorporate guest feedback, and ensure marketing reinforces exceptional, sustainable guest experiences. • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) with specific focus on sustainability-themed content performance. Deliver regular insights and recommendations to management. • Operational Flexibility: Support initiatives across various business locations and associates as directed by the Sales Manager.
