This role is responsible for growing Sanaa Threads' reach by identifying, signing, and managing partnerships with businesses and individuals who already have access to the brand's target client think salons, wellness spaces, wine and dining venues, and beauty or lifestyle brands —and by building and running the brand's influencer network.

Job descriptions & requirements
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and pitching skills — comfortable with cold outreach
• Understanding of the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space in Nairobi, and where Sanaa Threads' client overlaps with other brands
• Organised and disciplined with CRM/tracker upkeep and reporting
• Basic contract literacy (can draft and understand a simple partnership agreement)
• Confident communicator, both in person and in writing (proposals, pitch decks, follow-ups)
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple relationships at once
