Tourlast is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, generating leads, creating engaging content, and promoting Tourlast's products and services across various channels. The role requires a creative professional who can effectively communicate the brand's value proposition, support sales initiatives, and strengthen Tourlast's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Tourlast's business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Manage and grow Tourlast's social media platforms through engaging and relevant content.
- Create marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, promotional content, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Generate and nurture leads through various marketing channels.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, partnerships, and brand activations.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics.

Work closely with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
