We are able to advise on market trends, training requirements, prevailing salaries and offer a complete HR Solution where necessary.Key Requirements Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategiesOrganize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awarenessPlan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of mediaLiaise with stakeholders to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presenceSee all marketing campaigns through to completion and evaluate their success using various metricsPrepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distributionConduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growthCollaborate with managers in preparing Business development budgets and monitoring expensesExecute the digital marketing strategy, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), organic and paid social marketing, pay-per-click and other digital marketing communications tacticsSupports the planning of marketing activities based against the customer journey based on feedback and insights to improve customer experienceActively partner with regional and local marketing community to ensure the successful deployment of digital marketing activities, including but not limited to: Web and SEOWorking closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the same industry, the Content marketing team and Design Studio to implement digital marketing activities Qualifications Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing or similarAt least 3 years working experience in MarketingExperience in the Engineering sector is an added advantageExperience taking high quality photographs & video of project deliverables to use for marketing purposesAbility to work on your own and in a teamProven experience in creating sales campaignsFully proficient in SEO and Digital Marketing
