- Develop and implement promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize results.
- Organize and oversee brand activation events, product launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of activations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of activations and prepare post-event reports.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid and organic promotions.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to customer inquiries where appropriate, and track campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and business opportunities.
- Perform competitor benchmarking and provide insights to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Prepare reports on market trends and campaign performance.
- Promote branded products and services through various marketing channels
- Work closely with the sales team to support product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Prepare regular marketing reports detailing campaign outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and promotional inventories.
- Assist in developing annual marketing plans and strategies.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years; experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience in brand activations, digital and social media campaigns, market analysis, benchmarking, and product promotion.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
