DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Create content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in organizing property viewings, open houses, and other marketing events.
- Help manage client relationships and provide customer support.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior marketing staff to brainstorm new marketing ideas and tactics.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior work exposure or internship experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media.
- Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
