DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for product growth and brand positioning
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment
Market Research & Consumer Insights
  • Conduct and analyze market research, consumer trends, and competitor activity
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning
  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging consumer needs

Brand & Product Marketing
  • Lead brand development and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels
  • Oversee product marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Manage packaging, pricing, and promotional strategies for product lines

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product development and launches
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, production, and distribution
  • Ensure successful rollout of new products in target markets

Campaign Management & Performance Tracking
  • Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for improved results
  • Prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and brand performance

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG marketing
  • Proven track record in brand building and product marketing
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and market research abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness
