- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for product growth and brand positioning
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment
- Conduct and analyze market research, consumer trends, and competitor activity
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging consumer needs
- Lead brand development and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels
- Oversee product marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Manage packaging, pricing, and promotional strategies for product lines
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product development and launches
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, production, and distribution
- Ensure successful rollout of new products in target markets
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple channels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for improved results
- Prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and brand performance
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG marketing
- Proven track record in brand building and product marketing
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and market research abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness
