Company Overview: Our Client is a private, international, fully boarding, Catholic girls’ secondary school offering the CBE,8-4-4 and the British Curriculum (Year 9–11; IGCSE) systems of education.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Developing and implementing effective marketing and branding strategies to promote the school’s programs and values.
- Supporting student recruitment initiatives through outreach activities, school visits, and participation in education fairs and exhibitions.
- Coordinating and organizing marketing events such as open days, school visits, academic exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
- Promoting and safeguarding the school’s brand and corporate image across all communication channels.
- Developing original content, creating engaging campaigns and finding unique ways of telling the school’s story in ways that resonate with prospective students and families.
- Developing and coordinating marketing and promotional materials including brochures, newsletters, prospectuses, and institutional profiles.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with parents, alumni, partner schools, education consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities within the education sector.
- Supporting public relations initiatives and maintaining positive engagement with the media and the community.
- Working closely with the admissions team to align marketing efforts with student enrolment targets.
- Assisting in the planning and management of marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
- Managing the school’s digital marketing platforms and online presence, including the website and social media.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- At least seven (7) years’ relevant experience, preferably within an educational institution or similar environment.
- Ability to lead a team and monitor the progress of the team
- Ability to gather marketing intelligence
- Computing experience and knowledge of marketing systems such as CRM
- Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy development, brand management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic data analytics.
- High levels of creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
