Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns for assigned programs, ensuring alignment with lead generation and enrolment targets.
Develop and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and project schedules to ensure timely execution.
Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, WhatsApp, and events.
Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.
Oversee the creation, quality control, and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Track campaign budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of marketing resources.
Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning and marketing strategy development.
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives support organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a marketing, campaign coordination, or project management role, preferably in an agency, education, or fast-paced environment.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems and reporting tools.
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Canva and other content creation/design tools.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Canva AI for marketing and productivity.
Familiarity with marketing analytics and project management tools such as Google Analytics, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
