Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

Plan, coordinate and supervise marketing campaigns across various channels.

Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions. product launches and corporate events.

Collaborate with the Sales Department to support business development initiatives.

Manage the company's digital marketing platforms, including social media and website content.

Prepare marketing performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in marketing. brand management, digital marketing or business development, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment will be an added advantage.

Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical, organizational and problem - solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.

Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines.
