Our client a startup medical equipment, consumables and healthcare solutions provider seeks to hire a Medical Sales Representative. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for designing and executing the company's commercial strategy, driving, revenue growth, and expanding the cliet's presence in the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in medical equipment, consumables, and healthcare solutions.
2.Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and private healthcare providers.
3. Lead negotiations for tenders, contracts, and strategic partnerships with both local and international stakeholders.
4. Expand the company's product and solutions portfolio through alliances with manufacturers and distributors.
5. Drive customer satisfaction and after-sales excellence as a differentiator in the market.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Officer, or a related healthcare field is required.
2. Advanced qualification in Business Administration, Strategy, or Health Economics or proven experience in business is highly
desirable.
3. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development within the healthcare
or medical supply industry.
4. Proven experience in tender management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnership development.
5. Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, and analytical skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to bridge clinical understanding with business strategy to drive growth.
