JOB SUMMARY
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, presentable, and results-driven Merchandiser to promote and sell wine products in Mombasa. Candidates must either reside in Mombasa or be willing to relocate.The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, marketing, or business development and will play a key role in driving product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, business development, or customer care (experience in wines/beverages is an added advantage)Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsPresentable, confident, and customer-focusedSelf-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targetsMust be residing in Mombasa or willing to relocateKey Competencies:Sales and business development skillsMarketing and product promotionCustomer relationship managementStrong organizational and time management skillsPresentableGood communication skillsĀ
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell wine products to retail outlets, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and barsEnsure attractive product displays and proper merchandising in assigned outletsIdentify and develop new business opportunities to grow market presenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accountsExecute sales and marketing strategies to achieve set targetsProvide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionallyMonitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize stock-outsConduct market research and provide feedback on trends, competitors, and customer preferencesSupport promotional campaigns, activations, and product tastingsIf you meet the requirements forward your CV to careers@msvlgroup.com
