Our client a fintech firm offering loans and advances (provides formal workers with access to their earned wages on-demand, or before payday without collateral) by leveraging on technology,  employer – employee relationships, a deep trust embedded in sacco networks  and partnerships is looking for Sales Associates to be located at their MOMBASA offices


Duties


  • Visiting multiple employers and SACCOs daily to introduce the company EWA  services – (Earned Wage Access)
  • Sell Access service  (EWA – Earned Wage Access) and broader product suite.
  • Identifying and qualifying leads across both formal employers and SACCO member bases, ensuring they align with our ideal partner profile.
  • Setting up meetings between key decision-makers HR managers, Finance leads, CEOs, and SACCO officials and our sales team.
  • Pitching the company full value proposition to employers and SACCOs to generate interest,  engagement, and signed partnerships.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with SACCO leadership to unlock access to their member communities.
  • Tracking and reporting sales activity, employer and SACCO feedback, and conversion rates on a regular basis.


Desired Attributes


  • Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or lead generation ideally in fintech, HR tech,
  • financial services, or SACCO/cooperative sectors.
  • Comfort and confidence meeting new people daily from HR managers and CFOs to
  • SACCO officials and cooperative leaders.
  • A target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivation and strong pipeline management skills you plan your week, own your results.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a natural ability to pitch and spark genuine interest.
  • Familiarity with Kenya’s SACCO landscape or cooperative finance is a strong advantage


Compensation


The best candidate will be offered a monthly salary of KES 30,000.00– KES 40,000.00 depending on qualifications and experience plus commissions.
