Kolm Solutions is an officially authorized Microsoft MAR Partner in Nairobi. We are a high-speed engine providing Microsoft-licensed software and refurbished hardware to the African market. We are looking for a transactional sales expert who knows how to close deals fast.

Your Mission:

• Move Licenses: Sell Microsoft licenses (MAR, Volume, OEM) to businesses, NGOs, and SMEs.

• Target Compliance: Target organizations that are currently non-compliant and close them with our official, affordable MAR solutions.

• Speed over Strategy: We need someone who sends 20 quotes and 5 invoices a day, not someone who spends 3 weeks on a "discovery call."

• Transaction is King: If you like the thrill of high-frequency closing, this is your home.

🚫 Do NOT Apply If:

• You have experience in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) or SaaS implementation.

• You are used to 6-month sales cycles.

• You need "marketing leads" to survive.

• You don’t have a direct network of IT managers and procurement officers ready to buy.

• Your past monthly sales average is below 2M KSH.

You Are a Fit If:

• You come from a Hardware/Distribution background (Redington, Westcon, Mitsumi) or Banking/Asset Finance.

• You understand the "Fear of Audit" and how to use it to close licensing deals.

• You treat a license like a commodity: Quote. Close. Deliver. Repeat.

The Reward:

• 100,000 KSH Base Salary.

• Uncapped Commissions: You eat what you kill. No ceiling on your earnings.

• Microsoft MAR Advantage: You will have a product that is 100% legal but far more affordable than what "solution providers" offer.
