One-Off & Contract Cleaning Supervisor – Nairobi

Job Description

The One-Off & Contract Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating cleaning teams across one-off assignments and contractual client sites. The role focuses on operational execution, quality control, team leadership, and on-site client engagement. The supervisor is expected to lead from the front, ensure adherence to agreed scopes of work, and maintain Arrow Facilities Management’s service standards across all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams on one-off and contractual assignments.
  
• Plan daily work activities, assign zones, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  
• Conduct detailed inspections of completed work before client handover.
  
• Monitor quality standards across all cleaning activities and initiate corrective action where required.
  
• Communicate professionally with clients on site and manage feedback or complaints.
  
• Ensure proper use, handling, and accountability of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
  
• Prepare and submit job reports including team attendance, hours worked, photos, and site observations.
  
• Support steward selection and deployment for both short-term and long-term assignments.
  
• Track and consolidate cleaning supply requirements for assigned contractual projects.
  
• Report incidents, damages, or operational issues accurately and promptly.
