Job Description/Requirements
Location: Mombasa
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Bookings
o Manage and confirm court reservations.
o Assist walk-in and phone-in clients with scheduling.
o Provide information on tournaments, events, and coaching programs.
2. Pro Shop Sales
o Sell sports drinks, padel rackets, balls, and other accessories.
o Maintain stock display, track sales, and report low stock levels.
o Provide product recommendations to clients.
3. Facility Cleaning & Maintenance
o Keep the shop area clean and organized.
o Clean and maintain the two padel courts:
Ensure turf is free of litter and debris.
Keep glass panels clean for clear visibility.
4. Shifts & Working Hours
o 8-hour shifts (rotational), including:
Morning Shift: starting 6:45 AM (opening duties).
Evening Shift: closing up to 12:30 AM.
Flexibility for other shifts as required.
5. Added Advantages
o Knowledge of ETIMS invoicing.
o Strong problem-solving skills.
o IT/Computer literacy (Excel, Word, POS systems, etc.).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum KCSE Certificate (diploma in business, hospitality, or related field is an added advantage).
- Previous customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
- Good communication skills (English and Kiswahili).
- Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash/POS transactions.
- Team player with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning/maintenance duties.
- Interest in sports or padel tennis is an added plus.
