JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervised by: Director

Job Summary

Sourcing for the various items required for the company’s operations. 

Key Accountabilities

• Identifying and sourcing different suppliers.
• Sourcing and purchasing different items from different sellers.
• Negotiating prices for different tasks/Orders
• Ensuring items are supplied on time.
• Ensuring items are of the approved quality.
• Counter-check and count the items after production and ensure quality is as per approved samples.
• On a daily basis check the status of all items that have been ordered.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continuously identify different suppliers in the market
• Negotiate with the different suppliers to ensure we get the best prices 
• Prepare samples for approval by the client before mass production of items
• Ensure that production is done as per the approved sample
• Check the quality of work done by the supplier

Required skills and qualifications: Education

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in procurement/supply chain management.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1-year Experience in Procurement/Purchasing
