We see them as sites of heritage, public art and memory.Summary As a Programmes and Events Intern, you will work closely with the Programmes and Events Manager in the implementation of various programmes and events scheduled in the Libraries. You will help in planning and organizing programmes and activities as well as carry out essential operational duties.Function & Responsibilities Support planning and coordination of a program and its activitiesSupport the implementation of policies and practicesHelp build positive relations within the team and external partiesSchedule and organise meetings/events and maintain agendaSupport growth and program development as needed.Help in the collection of data in all programs and eventsSupport in the tracking of programmes and Events lined upAvail yourself at all programmes and Events that have been plannedSupport in the communication with other departments to ensure all programmes and Events are well prepared for and advertised in various media platforms.
