Job Summary
The Publishing Manager will lead and oversee the end-to-end production of the New Traditional Architecture (NTA) project’s publishing content, including podcasts, print books, and digital publications. This role requires a creative professional with a strong understanding of editorial workflows, audio and book publishing, and storytelling.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Editorial & Content Strategy
• Develop a cohesive editorial calendar for podcasts, books, and ebooks
• Ensure content aligns with the cultural ethos and goals of New Traditional Architecture - Publishing Oversight
• Supervise manuscript editing, proofreading, layout design, and formatting
• Coordinate ISBN registration, metadata creation, and copyright compliance - Podcast Production Management
• Oversee the recording, editing, scripting, and publishing of podcast episodes
• Manage podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.) and optimize reach - Team & Vendor Coordination
• Liaise with writers, editors, illustrators, narrators, designers, and audio engineers
• Ensure timelines and quality standards are met across all formats - Digital Publishing & Distribution
• Lead ebook formatting and digital upload processes across global platforms
• Manage content on Kindle Direct Publishing, Kobo, Google Books, and others - Brand & Quality Control
• Uphold brand consistency and ensure all content reflects the NTA mission
• Conduct thorough quality checks and maintain high production standards
Qualifications
• Proven 5 yrs of experience in podcast production and digital/print publishing.
• Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as KDP, Adobe InDesign, and audio editing tools
• A passion for cultural preservation, heritage, and storytelling through design is highly desirable

• Number of publications (books, ebooks, podcast episodes) released quarterly
• Growth in audience and subscriber base across platforms
• Adherence to editorial and production deadlines
• Quality ratings and user feedback on published content
• Expansion of digital and print distribution reach
