Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales and cultivate lasting client relationships in the Nairobi market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a deep understanding of customer service principles.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and establishing relationships with potential clients (investors, homeowners, tenants).
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting property viewings, presenting sales proposals, and negotiating deals to favorable closures.
Customer Service & Retention: Maintain a strong focus on exceptional post-sales customer service and client retention. Proactively follow up with past and prospective clients to build and nurture long-term relationships and encourage referrals.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about the Nairobi real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork, including sales agreements, contracts, and internal reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications).
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role. (Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated strong awareness of customer service and client maintenance principles. Proven ability to handle client inquiries professionally and build rapport.
Clarity of Thought: Excellent organizational and clear thinking skills—the ability to clearly articulate complex information, structure sales presentations logically, and manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Nairobi metropolitan area and key real estate market segments (e.g., Kilimani, Westlands, Upper Hill).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Drive for Results: Highly motivated, target-driven, and possesses a strong work ethic.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace and CRM work flow.
