Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new loan clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct client visits and follow ups for loan recovery
- Promote company loan products within the market
- Assess client needs and support loan application processes
- Ensure timely repayment and reduce default risks
- Maintain accurate client records and reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, microfinance sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Good understanding of customer service and credit processes
