The Sales and Marketing Intern will be the welcoming face and voice of Yatta Beekeepers in our Juja shop and office. This role is perfect for a friendly, organized individual who enjoys interacting with people, answering customer questions, and helping farmers find the right beekeeping equipment and products.
Store Customer Service: Welcome walk-in customers to the shop, answer their questions about our beehives and honey, and help them complete their purchases.
Phone Inquiries: Receive incoming phone calls from clients, provide accurate information about product prices or stock, and take orders over the phone.
In-Office Marketing: Help maintain the office space, update simple customer records, and share product information with people who call or visit.
Product Management: Keep the store shelves tidy, ensure products (like honey and hive equipment) are well-displayed, and monitor stock levels.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Education: A certificate, diploma, or degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Service, Agribusiness, or a related field (or currently studying).

Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills; ability to speak politely and clearly with customers both in person and on the phone
Language: Fluency in English and Kiswahili.

Punctual and Reliable: Ready to open the office/store on time and manage daily tasks responsible
Eager to Learn: Willing to quickly learn about beekeeping, modern beehives, and honey products so you can explain them easily to farmers.
