Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Property Management team. The primary role will be to identify, approach, and onboard landlords and property owners for property management services. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a passion for sales and real estate.

Key Responsibilities
● Identify and prospect potential landlords and property owners
● Market and promote the company’s property management services
● Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients
● Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and investors
● Negotiate and close property management agreements
● Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and market research
● Maintain an updated database of prospects and clients
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
● Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management
● Follow up on inquiries and maintain excellent customer service standards
● Collaborate with the operations and property management teams during onboarding

Qualifications & Requirements
● Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property management
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively
● Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
● Good understanding of the real estate market in Kenya
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
● Valid driving license

● Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

Compensation
Competitive salary plus commission based on successful onboarding of landlords and properties.
